Returns and Refunds
We regret for not accepting all earrings for returns or refunds due to hygiene concern.
However if there is a damage to the product upon arrival, please send an image of it to our email id: firstname.lastname@example.org and we can take it from there.
We dont do any repair works as getting the same colour stone or bead is impossible.
Please double check to verify that the shipping address is correct and current. Should a package be returned to us due to an incorrect address, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to reship the package.

Returns and Refunds process
Returns and/or exchanges for products other than earrings can be made within 7 days of the purchase, please contact us by mail for return instructions. Shipping the returned item to us is the Buyer's responsibility and at the Buyer's cost. Items need to be shipped in their original jewelry box, on the earring/necklace card to protect them during transit.
Please ship back to us fully insured and via a carrier that provides tracking information.As soon as item(s) have been shipped back to us please provide the tracking number.
As soon as we receive the items in perfect condition and in their original packaging we can refund the cost of the items.
If the items are not returned in their original condition the buyer will be refunded only partly as per our discretion. Shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds will be made to the original purchaser.
We regret to inform that custom orders are not returnable.
We do not accept order cancellations, however if there is a problem with placing the order please contact us at email@example.com
